It’s Monday lunchtime in Manchester and Diane Caldwell is in a meeting room in the East Stand of Old Trafford singing a song that United supporters have sang for her. Two days previously, Caldwell became the first Republic of Ireland female player to play for Manchester United when she made her debut in the 1-1 draw away to Arsenal in the Women’s Super League last Saturday.
